What is SuperPill?

Located in Burbank, California, SuperPill is a digital health clinic, specializing in E.D. (Erectile Dysfunction). Our objective is to provide medications for men suffering from E.D. (erectile dysfunction). Our mission is to empower men to overcome and become a more confident version of themselves. We only work with licensed US physicians and source our medication from certified U.S. pharmacies. We are LegitScript certified and are in compliance of all HIPAA and regulatory laws.

Are your E.D. pills FDA-approved?

We only provide FDA-approved medications. SuperPill offers Sildenafil and Tadalafil, which are the same active ingredients used in the brand names, Viagra™ and Cialis™. We source our medications from certified U.S. pharmacies.


SuperPill offers a variety of options that include Sildenafil and Tadalafil, the generic versions of Viagra™ and Cialis™. Our prices start at $28 for 10 pills and include a free online health consultation, free shipping and customer support. You can view and select your medication by clicking here.

How long does shipping take?

We offer the following shipping options and estimated delivery times:

  • USPS First Class, Free Shipping, 3-5 business days
  • UPS Overnight, Next Day Air (if ordered by 12pm EST, Monday - Friday.)

Why do you ask for ID and a completed health form?

For new customers only. Our U.S. licensed physician will need to review your health information to ensure it's right for you. And our U.S. certified pharmacy will need to verify your identity, in order to mail prescription medication. Your information is kept private and secure, as our servers are HIPAA compliant. For further details please read our Privacy, Telemedicine, or Terms & Conditions. This is a one-time requirement, so you won't need to do this when you place future orders.


If you are having trouble uploading your ID, please send our support team an email with an attachment of your ID to support@superpill.com and we'll upload it onto your account. You can also fax us a copy of your ID to (747) 200-4571.

I don't feel comfortable providing my ID. What should I do?

Our U.S. certified pharmacy will need to verify your identity, in order to mail prescription medication. Your information is kept private and secure, as our servers are HIPAA compliant. You can use your phone to take a picture of the front side of your ID, or make a photo copy of your ID if you want to fax it. You may use some tape or piece of paper to block out your ID number.  Just make sure your photo, full name and date of birth are clearly visible. For example, see below.
